and fill it out, and then you can send it to us by fax, email (don’t forget those attachments!) or even mail it to us.

THE MORTGAGE APPLICATION PROCESS
Once we receive your application, our team will review it and then contact you to confirm your details and gather any other information we may need.
When we have everything we need from you, we’ll then go to work to build you a custom mortgage blueprint that takes into consideration any features and options you want as well as your long-term financial goals. Every mortgage blueprint we build is completely unique to the client.
After we’ve identified what mortgage products fit your needs, we then contact the vast number of lenders in our network (over 50 of them!) to find out what their best rates are for the mortgage that meets your individual criteria. All of these lenders want your business, so it gives us the power to negotiate for you the best rate from one of our top lenders.
Once your mortgage is approved, we’ll contact you again and walk you through the final steps to make sure that everything is completed on time and to your satisfaction.
